Right of Way Agent- New Mexico

Land. Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced Right-of-Way Agents to support utility, electric transmission, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects across New Mexico and Arizona. In this role, you will build positive relationships with landowners and negotiate the acquisition of property rights required for project development, construction, and operation, including easements, rights-of-entry, access agreements, permits, licenses, and other land interests.

The successful candidate will be comfortable conducting face-to-face landowner outreach, explaining project requirements, addressing concerns, and securing voluntary agreements. Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills are essential.
