Analyst

Role Objective Provide end-to-end UI/UX design services to support digital product development, application modernization, and user experience optimization across enterprise and customer-facing solutions. The objective is to deliver intuitive, user-centered, and business-aligned digital experiences that improve usability, adoption, and operational efficiency. Scope of Services

1. User Experience (UX) Discovery & Research

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Analyze business processes and user journeys.
• Perform UX assessments on existing applications and platforms.
• Identify usability gaps, pain points, and experience improvement opportunities.
• Develop user personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps.

1. Information Architecture & Experience Design

• Define application navigation structures and information hierarchy.
• Create user flows and interaction models.
• Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise usability standards and accessibility requirements.

1. User Interface (UI) Design

• Design responsive and modern user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups and visual designs.
• Define design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.

1. Prototyping & Validation

• Build interactive prototypes for stakeholder demonstrations and usability testing.
• Validate design concepts through user feedback sessions.
• Refine designs based on usability findings and business requirements.
• Provide design recommendations to improve user adoption and satisfaction.

1. Product Delivery Support

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews.
• Produce developer-ready design specifications and assets.
• Participate in UAT reviews to validate delivered user experience.

1. Design Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to design principles, branding, and experience standards.
• Review developed solutions against approved designs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for user experience maturity.
• Maintain design artifacts and knowledge repositories.
