Core Operator - 1st Shift

Core Operation workers are responsible for the production, assembly and inspection of sand cores within the Core Department. Core Operation controls and maintains the speed and accuracy of each core assembly for each machine during an assigned shift. Core Operation workers wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as cores are constructed from sand and, in some cases, are joined and/or fitted together.

Core Operation workers will be required to act as Core Support for other teams depending on the complexity and production requirements of other orders. This role is an entry-level opportunity and does not require any previous experience.
