Job Function: The role is responsible for the technical delivery, data architecture, and operational support of Channel Data Management (CDM) solutions within a complex enterprise environment, with a strong focus on database design, SQL development, and ETL processes. This position defines and delivers high‑value CDM enhancements while ensuring data integrity, system performance, and scalability.

The role requires deep expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization, as well as hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple systems. This position partners closely with IT, Sales Operations, and Data Engineering teams to manage end-to-end data solutions—from requirements gathering and backlog prioritization to data pipeline development, production support, and analytics enablement.

The role ensures high-quality, reliable data flows across platforms while translating complex technical and data concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. The CDM System Analyst should be highly motivated and passionate about data systems, database technologies, and scalable application architecture.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in SQL scripting, data transformation logic, performance tuning, and troubleshooting data issues across distributed systems. This role requires full ownership of data processes and pipelines, with a commitment to continuously enhancing the CDM ecosystem, improving data quality, and strengthening application and data infrastructure resiliency.
