• Melville, NY, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, The Atlantic Security Operation Center (ASOC) Operator serves as the central point of coordination for safety, security, emergency response, and situational awareness across VSP Global and all associated lines of business, primarily all locations East of the Mississippi River, Canada, and Australia. The ASOC Operator is responsible for protecting people, property, assets, and operations through continuous monitoring, incident assessment, emergency dispatch coordination, access control management, and timely communication of critical events that are shared with executive leadership Qualifications:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AMAG, Avigilon, E-Suite, Teams
• Taking employee photos and importing them into badge-creating software
• Navigating CCTV programs to include Avigilon, Meraki, Openeye, 3X Logic
• Performing internet searches to find factual information
• Information gathering on incidents that affect our locations globally
• Applying and decommissioning access using AMAG
• Incident reporting
• Intrusion alarm reception and response
• Conduct confidential video and access reviews for HR
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong emphasis on customer service
• Strong writing skills to generate professional emails and responses to requests
• CPR/First Aid
