Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Manage job postings and recruitment advertising on various platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
