Bi-Lingual Call Center Associate

Job Title: Call Center Associate Department: Call Center Reports to: Call Center Manager Responsibilities: Provide excellent patient care by answering the phone in a calm and courteous manner Patiently answer questions from patients, providing information on services and addressing any concerns Respond to patient inquiries in an efficient manner while maintaining confidentiality of all patient data Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the practice, practice protocols and services and products offered Thoroughly address patient questions; consult/collaborate with co-workers and team members to answer questions when needed Maintain accurate documentation for each patient interaction Develop brand loyalty by making patients feel valued and appreciated Update documentation when practice products, services or protocols change Skills/Abilities Excellent communication skills; communicates effectively with patients, co-workers and other team members Bilingual.

Fluent communication in English and Spanish, Polish or Arabic Strong customer service skills Maintains composure under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environment A service-oriented mentality and a genuine interest in addressing patient concerns and resolving problems Ability to work and solve problems with minimal supervision
