The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all automated production machinery and facility systems operate efficiently. This role involves leading a team of Maintenance Technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.
