JOB DESCRIPTION: CONCIERGE Position Summary The Concierge monitors and participates in front-of-house operations to ensure every guest is met and warmly welcomed, and that a full range of information and homecare services is offered. The Concierge pays special attention to front-line guest service excellence standards.

Experience Previous resort experience as a Front Desk Concierge (required) At least 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer-focused environment (required) Experience with a point-of-sale system; Book4Time experience is desirable Retail experience is a plus Technical and Administrative Knowledge Computer literate with good keyboarding skills; proficient with Windows Effective written communication skills Able to operate basic office equipment, such as a phone, calculator, fax, printer, and copier Required Skills and Abilities Pleasant, professional phone etiquette Excellent listening and verbal communication skills Excellent client care, service excellence, and attention to detail Professional appearance at all times Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable Flexible, cooperative, and a strong team player High personal standards and values Education and Eligibility High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet U.
