CA License # PPO 120965 NV License # PILB 3042 Job Description: Reports to Quality Control Manager and/ or Client Manager Position responsibilities:
• Patrol assigned community via golf cart and foot patrol to deter and detect unwanted activity.
• Conduct and document patrol tours via mobile application.
• Lock and unlock community amenities as scheduled.
• Demonstrate professional communications with co-workers, vendors and community staff.
• Respond to security related complaints and ensure proper documentation is completed as per policy.
• Generate and submit electronic Incident Reports, parking warnings, and Maintenance reports using a mobile application.
• Work under general supervision of Site Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, and/or Client Manager.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• U.S. High School graduate or equivalent.
• Possess a valid NV Driver's License with clean DMV History.
• Possess and maintain a valid NV PILB Security Work Card
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in other languages a plus)
• Ability to read, write and understand written orders, policies, procedures, and how to apply them.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and takes initiative while carrying out duties.
