Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Memory Care Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community | Strawberry Point, Iowa Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community is seeking a caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become part of our Memory Care Manor. This specialized 16-resident neighborhood provides a secure, supportive setting for individuals living with dementia and other memory-related conditions.

As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on assistance and personal care while helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, independence, and a meaningful daily routine. You'll work alongside our care team while also having opportunities to build genuine relationships with the residents you serve. Position Details Pay: $18.00–$19.

50 per hour Status: Full-time Schedule: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM Hours: 36 hours per week Weekend rotation: Every other weekend Holiday coverage: Rotating holidays What We Offer We want our team members to feel supported both at work and beyond. CNAs play an important part in that experience. In addition to providing daily personal care and support, you'll help residents participate in activities and routines appropriate to their abilities and interests. Your patience, consistency, and compassion can make a meaningful difference in how residents experience each day.
