About Company: Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is a professional consulting firm specializing in construction inspection and compliance services for public infrastructure projects. Our core services include on-site inspection of roadway, bridge, and utility construction to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements.

We support clients with daily reporting, materials testing coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance oversight. Additional services include project management, grants management for federally funded infrastructure and disaster recovery programs.

About the Role

The BIM Manager will lead Building Information Modeling processes, standards, coordination, and model management for USACE projects. Location: Position is on-site (Location to be determined) Minimum Qualifications: Significant BIM experience on architectural, engineering, or construction projects. Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM applications.

Preferred Qualifications

USACE experience preferred. Federal BIM standards experience preferred. BIM management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish BIM execution plans and modeling standards. Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil models. Perform clash detection and coordination reviews. Manage model quality and data integrity. Support design and construction coordination. Maintain BIM documentation and model deliverables.
