What you'll be doing As part of the Customer Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting customers via live chat, email and phone Resolving account, payment and general customer enquiries Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues Providing clear and professional support in both Finnish and English Working closely with internal departments when needed Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation Helping ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish No two days are exactly the same, making this role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

Requirements
