Business Analyst

The Business Analyst partners with senior leaders and stakeholders across Horizon to identify, plan, and implement strategic initiatives that improve business and clinical outcomes. This role helps drive improvements in access, quality, experience, compliance, and financial sustainability by analyzing processes, streamlining workflows, reducing risk, and supporting change management efforts.

The Business Analyst develops project plans, milestones, KPIs, and success measures while collaborating with clinical, administrative, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and organizational performance. This is a full-time position, Monday
