Dealership Greeter- Part Time

PART-TIME: The Dealership Greeter will be responsible for welcoming customers to the dealership and providing them with excellent customer service. The Dealership Greeter will assist customers with any questions they may have and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. The Dealership Greeter will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front entrance area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and enthusiastically upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance Accurately track customer traffic and information by utilizing traffic log Responsible for making sure all customers have been greeted and helped by the sales staff Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements of the Dealership Greeter: Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Positive and energetic attitude Basic computer skills Working Conditions Dealership Greeter: Fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and light walking clear and legible handwriting
