Title: Student Labor I.T. Department 26/27 VP Area: Finance & Operations Department: Information Technology Services Published Salary Range: $13.73 Job Summary/Basic Function: Assist our I.T. team with the troubleshooting and repair of campus computers, network, and technical systems over the phone as well as in person.

Assist with the deployment and decommissioning of campus technology. Answer basic questions about the University.

Minimum Qualifications

Some experience with PC computing, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Windows 11. The ability to look up answers on the internet.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PC hardware, installation of hardware components, Windows 10 troubleshooting techniques. Apple OS experience is a plus. Customer service experience will be a big help. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Work Hours: Mon
