Job responsibilities

• Source and attract top tech talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a tech recruiter or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and the skills required for them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
