Job Summary

Requires self-motivation to handle situations and initiate help from others when needed. Must be an advocate for the customer. This position is responsible for the organization, direction, execution, and tracking of applicable engineered equipment and orders from TIC customers. The Account Manager will work with members from other departments within TIC and outside sources as necessary.

The Account Manager will see orders through until final acceptance by the end users. This position is the single point of contact for all inquiries regarding orders, both from within TIC and externally. Regular order status reports must be filed with TIC and customers.
