Give accurate wait times and manage the waitlist. Handle reservations. Escort guests to their seats and provide menus. Introduce the server to the guests.

Thank guests as they leave. Work with servers to manage seating. Keep the front area clean and tidy. Assist guests who need extra help (e.g., children, elderly).
