Professional Mover at Mc. Corquodale Transfer, LLC Reports To: Operational Manager & General Manager FLSA Status: Non- Exempt / Hourly Location: Jackson, MS Schedule: Morning shift. Responsibilities

Load and unload furniture, appliances, and fragile items with care and efficiency Safely drive 16–26 ft. box trucks (automatic transmission) to residential and commercial locations Ensure every move is handled professionally, with courtesy and respect for clients and property Provide white-glove, customer-facing service to clients Lead or support team members with on-site coordination, wrapping, padding, and staging Maintain accurate paperwork and follow company protocols Assist in warehouse tasks: organizing inventory, prepping materials, and basic equipment checks Follow all safety guidelines to prevent injury and property damage Requirements: Previous experience as a professional mover, courier, or delivery driver (preferred) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, in all weather conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Strong communication and teamwork skills; must be comfortable interacting with clients Reliable transportation to job sites and flexible schedule availability Experience operating forklifts or working in a warehouse is a plus Must be able to pass a drug test What We’re Looking For: A customer-focused mindset and ability to represent the company professionally A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and as part of a team Someone who’s coachable, punctual, and looking to grow within the company Pay & Benefits: 17.
