The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and technicians. This position requires excellent communication, organization, sales ability, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns

Create and manage repair orders

Perform test drives when appropriate to help verify symptoms

Review technician findings and explain recommended repairs

Provide accurate estimates for parts, labor, and completion times

Obtain authorization and keep customers updated throughout the repair process

Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and needed services

Coordinate customer-pay, factory-warranty, and extended-warranty repairs

Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index standards established by Stellantis

Requirements

Minimum of two years of automotive service advisor or service writer experience

At least one year of experience at a Stellantis-branded dealership

Proven success in automotive service sales and customer satisfaction

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment

Tekion, DealerConnect, Mopar, or Jeep experience is preferred

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to complete applicable background and drug screenings
