Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Pay Range: $21-$28/hour (based on experience) Ixonia, WI | Full-Time Taylor Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and customers. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while managing order processing, sales support activities, and administrative functions that help keep our business running smoothly and growing.

What You'll Do

Process customer orders, quotes, and sales documentation. Support customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries. Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems. Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.

Support special projects, customer events, and trade show activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales administration, customer service, inside sales, or office support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
