We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our Maintenance Division and lead onsite operations. This key role will oversee team members, ensure quality and efficiency, and contribute to maintaining G&G’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform physical labor to complete maintenance tasks Lead, motivate, and develop a team of crew members Coordinate schedules with the Account Manager Plan and organize tasks to maximize efficiency with a focus on quality Assist with employee training and enforce company policies Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper operation of vehicles and equipment Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance Expert knowledge of equipment operation (mower, weed eater, edger, blower, sprayer) Bilingual preferred – Spanish/English DL Required Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay from $20/hour, based on skills and experience True overtime pay for work over 40 hours, paid weekly Benefits available after 90 days, including paid time off, holidays, and a retirement program At G&G Landscape Solutions, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
