About the Opportunity Worldwide Medical Staffing, a Joint Commission Certified and Native Veteran-Owned healthcare staffing agency based in Mesa, AZ, is expanding! Due to a significant increase in business, we are looking to add a dedicated Credentialing Specialist to our growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our healthcare professionals are fully compliant and ready for placement.

Responsibilities include

Onboarding new hires by collecting and reviewing required certifications and immunization records Coordinating applications and maintaining clear communication with candidates and clients Managing background checks and fingerprinting processes Conducting I-9 verifications Verifying affiliations and employment history Monitoring certification expiration dates and proactively notifying employees at 45- and 30-day intervals What We’re Looking For Previous healthcare credentialing experience preferred Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and compliance practices is a plus Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple files efficiently Excellent organizational and computer skills to maintain accurate credentialing records Strong communication and attention to detail Work Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office) $19–$24 per hour, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
