Job Overview The Turret Stock Picker (TSP) Operator is responsible for safely operating high-reach turret trucks to pick, store, and move inventory within a distribution center.

This role requires working at elevated heights, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate a Turret Stock Picker (TSP) to retrieve and store products in high-bay racking systems Pick orders accurately at various heights, often exceeding 30–40 feet Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movements using warehouse systems Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (LM) to track inventory and complete tasks Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues Ensure proper handling and secure placement of products to prevent damage Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection and harness use when required Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals May perform other duties as directed by supervision Required to follow all safety rules and procedures Required to follow all housekeeping rules and procedures Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed Qualifications: High school education or equivalent required Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Good communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities Willingness to work all scheduled work days Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment Must be able to pass a forklift operator's test Must be able to perform material handler's job as needed Need basic knowledge of PKMS and LM Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, Food.
