Laboratory Customer Service Representative

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION # Responsible for ensuring the satisfactory relationship between the laboratory and its clients. Assists with solving of client related problems. Position supports #the overall function of the laboratory and the hospital in view of patient care.# The position will primarily focus on client facing specimen and supply services to Outreach Clients.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: Computer literacy required. Ability to deal with the public.# Education and Training: # High school diploma required, college courses preferred. License, Certification # Registration: # DRIVER # Driver#s License Other Requirements: # Computer knowledge of LIS and HIS systems.
