Sales Customer Service Rep - NE

Mueller Refrigeration is seeking a detail-oriented, solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our in-house Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with a select group of customers, building relationships with key accounts, sales personnel, and other internal departments Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or portal regarding order status, shipment tracking, product specifications, and pricing Process customer purchase orders, verify product configurations, check pricing, and enter data accurately Coordinate with production planning, shipping, and sales teams to process order shipments and communicate realistic lead times Investigate and resolve complaints regarding damaged goods, shipping delays, or quality concerns by coordinating with other internal departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or technical field is a plus 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or sales support in a manufacturing/industrial environment Proficiency in MS Access, Word and Excel What You'll Need to Succeed High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills under tight production deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical manufacturing or shipping updates into clear terms for customers Proactive, positive attitude to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve shared goals What's in it for You Full health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401k with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage at no cost Mueller Industries Companies provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants for employment.
