Life Enrichment Director

Dove Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Life Enrichment Director to lead our 43-bed Assisted Living Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) in Chippewa Falls.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing a Life Enrichment program appropriate to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs and interests of each patient/resident.

Schedule Details

• Full-time, days (occasional weekends and holidays required)

What You'll Do

• Provide the opportunity for patients/residents to engage in normal pursuits, as well as promoting a successful and well-balanced leisure lifestyle
• Work will all disciplines to assist the patient/resident in reaching his or her highest level of independence

What We're Looking For

• Associate or bachelor's degree or a graduate of an accredited course for Life Enrichment Director
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
