Tax Associate

Parallel Advisors is looking for a results-driven, experienced Tax Associate. You will be joining a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory firm with a culture of entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. The Tax Administrator will work closely with our Tax Managers, clients, and financial advisors, to deliver high-touch service to our clients.

The Tax Associate will report to the Tax Director and will work to aid our organization in maintaining a high level of service to our clients in the areas of tax organization management, team administrative work, tax document collection and sorting, verification of tax data scanned and imported into software, and client invoicing for services.

You may also be asked to work with other cross-functional teams on other duties, such as marketing tasks, which support our service model and the overall mission of the Firm. This is a fully remote role. It can be based in any state Parallel Advisors, LLC currently operates in.
