WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES): Lead and direct Foremen and craft labor to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality jobsite execution Provide hands-on technical expertise across electrical systems, including HV/MV collection systems, substations, switchgear, circuits, and interconnects Support engineering review, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup of electrical scopes Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and control costs Implement and reinforce standardized work instructions and construction methods Act as a technical resource for field teams on installation, sequencing, and troubleshooting Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with LOTO, arc flash, and all federal/state regulations Partner with Trade Superintendent on staffing, scheduling, and performance management Monitor production vs.

Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations). Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).

Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel). Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
