Commercial Collection Specialist

Job Description: What You'll Do... As a Collections Specialist with our team, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining healthy customer relationships and ensuring financial stability. You'll monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, investigate account data, and work directly with customers to resolve overdue balances-whether through payment in full or structured payment plans.

By processing payments, resolving billing and credit issues, and keeping account records up to date, you'll play a vital role in both customer satisfaction and company success. You'll also provide timely reporting on collection activity, collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and take proactive steps to encourage on-time payments.
