Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and solutions for Semiconductor and Display customers. Analyze process and equipment-related issues and drive effective problem resolution. Support customer qualification and implementation of new products and technologies. Collaborate with Global HQ and engineering teams on technical projects and issue management.

Work closely with Sales teams to deliver technical value and identify new business opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or display industry. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production environments.

Experience in Process Engineering, Process Integration, Manufacturing Engineering, or Fab Equipment Engineering. Proven ability to analyze technical issues and provide practical solutions. Business-level English communication skills, including technical discussions, presentations, and report writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience working for semiconductor or display manufacturers (End-Users), such as: SEC, SKH, DBH, ONSEMI, SDC, LGD, Process tool Manufacture OEMs Experience with semiconductor processes such as: CVD, Etch. Knowledge of Vacuum Systems, Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum Valves, and related applications. Experience working with global teams or multinational organizations.

Customer-facing technical support or consulting experience.
