Job description

As the Hub. Spot Administrator at Campspot, you'll be the owner of our Hub. Spot instance - keeping it clean, connected, and working hard for our marketing and sales teams. You'll be the go-to person for workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and integrations, making sure Hub. Spot supports the business as we scale. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day health of our Hub.

Spot portal: building and troubleshooting automation, maintaining data quality, standing up dashboards, and partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Rev. Ops to turn their ideas into working systems. You'll also keep an eye on integrations with the other tools in our stack, so data flows cleanly between them. This role is a great fit for someone early in their Hub.

Spot or marketing/sales operations career who is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to grow into a broader Rev. Ops or systems role over time.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of Hub. Spot, including user permissions, properties, pipelines, lists, and workflows. Automation: Build, test, and troubleshoot workflows, sequences, and lead scoring to support marketing and sales processes. Data hygiene: Maintain clean, reliable data through deduplication, list hygiene, and standardized fields and properties.

Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give Marketing and Sales visibility into performance. Integrations: Support and troubleshoot integrations between Hub. Spot and other systems (e.g. Salesforce, Slack, billing tools). Campaign support: Assist with campaign execution, including landing pages, forms, and email builds, as needed.

Documentation & training: Document processes and train internal users on Hub. Spot best practices. Continuous improvement: Stay current on Hub. Spot releases and recommend improvements to how we use the platform.

Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience administering Hub. Spot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform. Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in data hygiene and process improvement. Comfortable building and troubleshooting workflows, reports, and dashboards independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Hub. Spot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, or Rev. Ops). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting emails and landing pages. Experience with integrations or API connections between Hub. Spot and other platforms. Experience working in a SaaS or tech environment.
