Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading the safe, profitable, and efficient operation of a geographical region of distribution centers. This leader collaborates closely with regional sales leadership, centralized supply chain, and centralized operations roles to harmonize processes and enhance productivity.

The Regional Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day success of the region while also developing long-term strategies and continuous improvement projects that support sales growth and operational efficiency. This role involves leading diverse teams and having direct accountability for regional operational functions, including transportation, fleet management, inventory control, distribution center operations, safety, and workforce management planning.
