• Starting at $24/hr About the Role We are seeking an EFV Operator to support safe, consistent, and well-documented operations in an environment where precision, procedural compliance, and attention to detail are essential. This role is well suited for someone who works effectively within clear instructions, maintains focus on work quality, and contributes reliably to the team’s day-to-day performance. Core Responsibilities Operate equipment and complete assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines Follow work instructions, checklists, and operating protocols with a high level of consistency Monitor equipment performance and identify deviations, malfunctions, or out-of-spec conditions Record activities, results, and incidents clearly and thoroughly Perform routine checks before, during, and after operation to ensure process requirements are met Work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain operational continuity and address day-to-day issues Keep the work area safe, orderly, and ready for operation Support compliance with internal standards, safety policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Qualifications: Required Skills & Abilities Ability to work within defined processes and follow instructions accurately Consistent focus on quality, safety, and documentation Sustained attention to operational details and willingness to verify work before completion Comfort in a role with clear responsibilities, team coordination, and established expectations Ability to identify operational issues and communicate them in a timely manner Ability to maintain a steady work pace while responding to changing operational needs Other Requirements Previous experience operating equipment, working in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment, as applicable Availability to work shifts or operational schedules, if required for the role Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance practices
