Responsibilities
Own the global Fellow Program end to end, defining program goals, member responsibilities, and evaluation criteria. Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, ongoing support, quality reviews, and offboarding. Help design and lead future community programs, and maintain relationships with core community members. Online Community Operations: Run global online communities, covering community structure, rules, moderation, activity cadence, member support, and escalations.
Develop standard processes and maintain a consistent operating rhythm. User Insights & Feedback Loops: Gather bug reports, product suggestions, learning needs, barriers to adoption and use, and high-value use cases from community discussions, events, and member interactions. Add necessary context, prioritize feedback, and coordinate with the relevant internal owners.
Follow through to a clear outcome and communicate progress and results back to users or Fellows. Regularly synthesize recurring issues, trends, and recommendations to support internal decision-making. Community Enablement: Help users learn and complete real tasks by coordinating office hours, product demos, workshops, and reusable examples.
Identify where members get stuck, work with relevant teams to address gaps in tutorials, resources, or product guidance, and continuously improve support based on actual outcomes. Community Content & Storytelling: Own day-to-day content planning, editing, and publishing for the community’s social media accounts. Discover compelling use cases, user stories, and member achievements across community channels, and turn them into community updates and content that clearly communicates product value and community contributions.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate member participation, the quality of program outputs, learning and usage outcomes, progress on feedback, and content performance against program goals. Identify issues and adjust programs and operations accordingly.
Requirements
Care deeply about community and people, with a willingness to listen to users from different backgrounds and a focus on member experience and long-term trust. 3+ years of experience in community operations, ambassador programs, or related programs. Experience independently owning at least one program through its full lifecycle, from goal setting and program design to execution, evaluation, and iteration.
Exceptional cross-functional communication and execution skills , with the ability to align priorities across teams, establish clear owners, next steps, and timelines, and follow through to results. Ability to identify recurring issues and meaningful signals from scattered community feedback, prioritize them, and support internal decisions through clear documentation, analysis, and reporting.
A Manus power user who can independently explore the product, develop useful or creative use cases, and use a range of AI tools proficiently to reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency. Professional written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing Discord communities, forums, or global online communities. Experience running ambassador programs, champion programs, or creator networks. Experience with AI, developer tools, SaaS, or other technical products.
