Weld Engineering Specialist
Job description
The Weld Engineering Specialist will establish and refine welding manufacturing procedures. This position will prepare and maintain shop documentation conforming to quality system requirements and assess and help to resolve non-conforming conditions that affect the product. The Weld Engineering Specialist will support shop activities and ensure safe work through the maintenance, upgrading or installation of equipment and facilities and support tooling design and weld processes, as required.
The focus of this position is on welding processes, weld documentation, welder training and welding equipment.
