We're searching for a positive, outgoing, and dependable Employee Experience Coordinator who genuinely enjoys helping others, brings great energy to the workplace, and knows how to make people feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated. If you're a people person with a great personality, a can-do attitude, and a knack for staying organized, you might be exactly who we're looking for! What You’ll Be Doing Welcome new employees and help them get started. Be a friendly, reliable resource for employee questions, benefits, and everyday needs. Coordinate recognition, celebrations, and appreciation events. Help with employee communications and training. Spearhead our apprenticeship program. Keep important information and processes organized and accurate. What We’re Looking For A GREAT personality—positive, friendly, upbeat, approachable, and genuinely caring. Ability to build instant rapport and bring out the best in even the most reserved individuals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. A trustworthy team player who takes initiative and solves problems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally. Comfort with computers and learning new systems.
