Take responsibility for managing and evaluating customer and supplier quality at our international site in the Czech Republic Handle and document customer complaints, including the preparation and follow-up of 8D reports Coordinate root cause analyses in collaboration with internal specialist departments Monitor and evaluate defined quality performance indicators (KPIs) Support the creation of P-FMEA, Control Plans, and other quality-related documentation Plan, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Support project quality planning and accompany customer, supplier, and certification audits Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System Completed technical or commercial education (secondary education / vocational school level) Several years of professional experience in Quality Management are required Good command of German or English, both written and spoken Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems Solid knowledge of 8D methodology and common root cause analysis tools (e.
