Enjoy solving technical challenges and helping others? Join our IT team and help keep our staff and clients connected, supported, and productive. As an IT Operations Specialist I, you’ll provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and keep our network computing systems running efficiently while implementing and upholding computing standards.

You’ll assist with project management research and implementation, support day-to-day system administration, and track and manage IT assets throughout the hardware and software lifecycle, keeping inventories accurate and up to date. You may also provide backup support for our LAN/WAN administrator as needed. Essential Personnel Requirement: As a member of our essential personnel team, you’ll help support organizational operations during emergencies or crisis situations.

You’ll be expected to respond as needed, which may include working outside normal business hours—evenings, weekends, and holidays—and perform assigned duties during emergency response. This job is for you if: You enjoy solving technical problems and helping others get back to work with confidence. You’re service-minded and can explain technical solutions in a clear, approachable way.

You like keeping networks and systems running smoothly and following computing standards. You enjoy collaborating on IT projects and supporting day-to-day system administration. You’re detail-oriented and take pride in keeping hardware and software inventories accurate and organized. This position is an in-person position in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Requirements

Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. IT experience in a financial institution a plus! Pay Information for IT Operations Specialist I: Starting Range: $21.76/hr. – $27.20/hr. Full Range: $21.76/hr. – 32.64/hr.
