📋 Your Role at Blossom Counseling: As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth), your responsibilities will include: Therapeutic Sessions: Lead individual therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Clinical Assessments & Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans.

Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring the continuity of care. Collaboration: Work with a diverse team of health professionals to provide holistic care. Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest legal and ethical standards, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

🎯 What We’re Looking For: Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Fully independent licensure in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) Experience in mental health treatment, diagnosing, and managing related documentation. Availability for evening appointments.

Preferred Experience: At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings. Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions. 💡 Desired Skills & Qualities: Empathy & Compassion : A deep ability to connect with clients and colleagues. Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills for clear collaboration with team members and clients. Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to the evolving needs of clients in a telehealth setting. 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $50–$70 for clinical hours, with separate compensation for non-clinical tasks.
