What is needed for this job as our Lead Rental Party Host: 16+ years of age Comfortable engaging with children and parents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities Proven track record of developing authentic relationships with others Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Lead Rental Party Host: Engage with children and parents while maintaining a safe environment Maintain a welcoming and friendly disposition Greeting guests, collecting waivers, setting up and cleaning up party room, as well as maintaining a safe environment Responsible for maintaining control of the rental/party at all times Set up includes tables, chairs, and decorating with decorations brought in by guests What you can expect: Support from an amazing team which includes training you on expectations Opportunities to learn & grow at the YMCA Being a part of a non-profit organization that works to make the community stronger Great members to work with every day!
