About the job

This role is for Regional Senior Project Management, and He/she plays a pivot role in managing projects across multiple locations and oversees a team of regional project managers, ensuring successful delivery of projects across APAC. This executive role requires leadership, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence to achieve organizational goals and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities: Project Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery across regions.
  • Align regional project management practices with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key member of the Project Delivery team, contributing to overall team strategy. Project Oversight
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and address roadblocks proactively.
  • Establish and maintain standards for project management excellence. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical project issues, when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and regional stakeholders. Operational Efficiency
  • Analyse and optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Report regularly on KPIs, project performance, and financial outcomes to the executive leadership team.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Min 12 years in Infrastructure project management, with valid PMP certifications.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
  • Experience in project management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Competencies:
