As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Virtual Games Department Manager City: Belgrade/Novi Sad Fixed-Term Contract (covering a maternity leave) Role Summary: We are looking for a person to take ownership of the development and success of our Virtual Games segment, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis and operational excellence to ensure our game portfolio remains attractive, competitive and aligned with our customers’ needs.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development of the segment, from monitoring performance and market trends, to launching new games, creating promotions and continuously improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Virtual Games segment, with a focus on revenue growth, content performance and customer experience. Take ownership of the segment by making independent decisions and proactively initiating activities that contribute to its commercial success. Monitor game performance and key KPIs, provide regular reporting and recommend concrete actions and improvements.

Monitor the market, competitors, emerging trends and the evolving Virtual Games offering. Manage the Virtual Games portfolio and ensure the strategic positioning of individual games. Monitor day-to-day operations and game performance through providers’ back-office systems. Plan and coordinate the launch of new Virtual Games, including managing the release calendar and collaborating with regulatory authorities across relevant markets.

Ensure the quality of the offering and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. Create attractive and competitive promotional activities in collaboration with Marketing, CRM and other relevant teams. Work closely with Customer Support to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Monitor customer behavior and identify unusual patterns, ensuring appropriate escalation and collaboration with relevant teams.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the gaming industry, online gaming, or a related field. Ability to turn data and insights into clear conclusions and actionable initiatives. Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in operational details. Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
