What You'll Do

Support daily shop operations and technician workflow Dispatch and prioritizing repair orders Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs Be the technical resource for technicians and advisors Develop apprentice, entry-level, and experienced technicians Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and quality standards Partner with service leadership to improve customer satisfaction and departmental performance What You'll Bring 2 or more years as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment 1 or more years of experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $80,000-$100,000 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
