OVERVIEW

The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all service, parts and marina department operations. The Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for the reputation, efficiency and profitability of the service, parts and marina departments. As with all positions within dealerships, this position will have a focus on improving the sales performance and FANS Scores.
