Clinic Director

Clinic Director (LCSW) – EFMNY Clinic Position Summary Lead clinical and operational oversight for EFMNY’s main clinic and satellite sites. Ensure high-quality, compliant, and sustainable services aligned with OMH/OPWDD Article 16 & 31 standards. Supervise clinical staff, oversee documentation and billing workflows, and maintain EHR integrity.

May carry a small caseload based on program needs.

Key Responsibilities

Set and enforce clinical standards; supervise and evaluate staff Oversee onboarding, training, and clinical supervision compliance Manage staffing, productivity, and continuity of care Monitor documentation, CPT coding, and billing compliance Serve as EHR lead/superuser; ensure data accuracy and timeliness Oversee daily clinic operations and support staff (including intake/EHR updates) Collaborate with Medical Director, leadership, and finance teams Support grants, audits, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives Supervises Clinicians, interns/consultants, Clinic Support Specialist Full-Time employee health insurance is paid in full by the employer *This job description does not contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities.
