Trailer Mechanic - full time

Pay: $20 - $30/hr based on experience (Knowledge in electrical, diagnostics, repair, and mechanical overhauls) Monday

• Friday Schedule 7AM-5:30PM or staggered flexible shifts Saturday Overtime Option Paid by Direct Deposit Bi-weekly Benefits include: Medical, Dental 401k PTO Holiday Pay KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Trailer repair, lighting, brakes, tires, and welding skills Aluminum welding experience highly preferred Understanding of efficient processes and scheduling in the trailer repair business. Able to manage delivery and on-site parts inventory management. Passionate about quality and holds themselves to a high standard and relates to customers’ expectation of high-quality standards. Problem solving skills and possesses integrity and trustworthiness. Ability to read and interpret estimates, parts diagrams, repair instructions, and follow the available instructions. Ability to respond to common inquiries and customer requests from the Shop Foreman and customers. Knowledgeable of applicable safety and related hazardous materials disposal. Organized individual who is quality and results oriented with the ability to understand and balance all business considerations. High School graduation or equivalent 18 years or older Must have a valid driver's license Prior experience preferred Pay based on experience
