Site Superintendent / Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)

The Site Superintendent / Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) provides daily on-site leadership and direct management of construction operations while performing the combined responsibilities of Site Superintendent and SSHO. The position oversees project execution, subcontractors, schedule, site safety, documentation, and client coordination to ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents, approved plans and specifications, applicable safety requirements, period of performance, and project budget.

Serves as the primary on-site representative of the company and is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving operational and safety issues that may affect successful project completion. Will support locations across the DMV region, including Patuxent River, Maryland.
