• AR, Salary Range: $20.00Hourly, We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. This is a part time position and schedule may include days and evenings to meet the needs of the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As an ABA Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, conduct patient assessments, and collect data to track progress.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide training and support to family members on behavioral strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes. Stay informed about best practices in ABA therapy and related fields. Qualifications

Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes. Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis in a therapeutic context. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
